Modern Warfare 2 and Battlefield 3
Alongside Minecraft, I was also playing a couple of FPS games.
These videos are even less fun to watch than the Minecraft Let's Play ones, and they barely got 1k views per video. The interesting part for me was the setup (using Fraps IIRC), and the editing and narration.
